Questions owners ask us
What do I need to invest?
Your time, and an open look at how your process works. The programme is fully supported and funded by Trendtive Digital, so there's no upfront investment: consultation, development, hosting, and 3 months of support and maintenance are covered. After 3 months, you decide whether to continue. If your automation needs a paid third-party service, such as WhatsApp Business API messaging, we explain the cost clearly before we build.
Who manages the system?
Trendtive Digital Sdn Bhd hosts and manages everything. Your team just uses it. We handle the servers, updates and fixes.
What happens after 3 months?
Your choice. Before the trial ends, we review the results with you. If the system works well and you want to keep it, we offer a yearly maintenance package covering hosting, support and maintenance. If not, we switch it off and export your business data back to you. No lock-in, no pressure.
Will you record anything during the visit?
Yes, with your consent we record the process as it runs today, during a visit we agree on in advance. You tell us what's off limits, like customer data, pricing or staff who prefer not to appear, and we censor it. Nothing is shared outside our team without your approval.
What tools do I need?
Usually what you already use: WhatsApp, Google Sheets or Excel, email, and your booking or accounting system.
Do I have to choose one of the sample automations?
No. The samples show what's possible. We design your automation after studying your process on-site.
Will every company be accepted?
No. Every registration is reviewed and shortlisted first. After the call and on-site discussion, we decide based on how complex the process is and the industry mix of each batch. If it needs more than a standard automation, we'll tell you honestly and can discuss other options.
What happens after I register?
We review your registration. If your company is shortlisted, we call you within 5 working days, send a short onboarding form, then arrange an on-site visit.
What if Batch 1 is full?
New registrations join the Batch 2 waitlist and hear from us first. To get into Batch 1, register early.
